Baseball Game and Wednesday Schedule

  • The baseball game is an optional event this year. 

    LTCPG started our very first conference with a ballgame in Nashville, TN and it's been our tradition to pick up the cost of this event every year since then (and this years no different). It’s always an enjoyable event for those who attend— however, please don't feel like you have to join if you don't enjoy the game or socializing at this kind of venue. If you don't like baseball, you don't like baseball— and that’s okay. So this year you are welcome to attend or not- it's up to you.

  • The game is an afternoon game this year - scheduled start time is 1:15PM - so you may need to fly in on Tuesday the 30th if you can't get into St. Louis early enough to get to a 1PM event time.  We've reserved some awesome suites and we'll have all you can eat for lunch at the ballpark. 

  • Attending the game or not… a Welcome Reception will begin around 5:30 at the hotel, followed by an LTCPG Welcome Dinner that evening.  This is the "official" start of this year's meeting so see you at the reception that evening (more details to follow).
