Certified in Long-Term Care Planning 30 Robert St. Wakefield, MA 01880 (781) 718-0236 LenMay@alum.mit.edu

Len May specializes in long-term care planning and insurance. He transitioned to this career from financial planning and marketing senior positions in the high technology industry. Why?  He saw first-hand how critical a long-term care policy he took out for his parents turned out to be in enabling them to get several years of excellent care in the setting where they wanted to live.  Then he wanted to use this experience to help others.

Being an independent agent representing several insurance companies, Len’s goal is to present his clients with a long-term care plan that will meet or exceed their expectations at the time of claim.  He has helped hundreds of clients adopt an appropriate strategy to protect their financial security and to minimize the otherwise significant impact that a long-term care need can have on their families.  They appreciate his in-depth knowledge and straightforward approach to helping them reach an affordable solution to their extended care needs.

Len earned the Certified in Long-Term Care (CLTC) designation and shares his expertise by teaching adult education classes on long-term care planning throughout the Boston metropolitan area.  He also partners with financial planners, estate planning attorneys, and CPAs to help them educate their clients on the importance of incorporating this planning into their overall financial plans.

Len is a graduate of Duke University and MIT’s Sloan School of Management.

Insurance products offered: Long-term care, life, combined life and long-term care, and combined annuities and long-term care.
