Beverly Reed

I am a proud Texan and live near the small town of Smithville on a small wildlife haven. I also own LTCi Choices. With that comes over 35 years of insurance experience including a lot of sales and management. Being part of LTCPG is probably the single best move I have made. I’ve not met a better group of professionals than those that are a part of LTCPG. 

From our office on Main Street in Smithville, long term care planning is done on a daily basis. In addition to LTC planning, our remaining time is focused on Medicare and other senior products. I am blessed to be able to provide plans to Texans, from border to border. We market statewide and love having that conversation with our clients about independence and stability. Our shop represents multiple companies, giving us the opportunity to provide the best product for our clients with strong and stable insurance companies. 

The first 25 years of my insurance career was steering a large rural insurance agency in Central Texas that our family started in 1948. We did everything from business property and casualty to farms and ranches. A fair amount of life, health and annuities went along with that. I owned that agency until 2006. 

I am now focused on the client I want to do business with. I really enjoy working with a mature audience and helping them make a solid plan for the future with great products. Long Term Care Planning comes naturally for me stemming from some personal caregiving experiences with my mother, sister and late husband. I know the financial and emotional stress that an extended care issue can have on a family and loved ones. That is why I feel comfort and joy in this business. 

Giving back to my church & community is also important. I am a Paul Harris Fellow through Rotary, belong to the First United Methodist Church, and am a member of multiple industry associations and other local networking and business chambers. 

I am married to Bill, who keeps me charged up and is the most special person in my life. We enjoy spending time looking over the deer, cardinals, armadillos and bluebonnets. We have three lovely, smart and talented daughters and are blessed with three fantastic grandchildren.
