Our 2025 Conference is to be held at the new Loews Arlington Hotel & Convention Center in Arlington, Texas— a full-service resort situated between two iconic sports stadiums (AT&T & Globe Life Field).
When: August 13th- 16th
Tuesday August 12th— Travel Day (For those who need enough time to make it in before the game Wednesday).

Saturday August 16th— Travel day or stay for the weekend! It’s up to you!
