Linda Jahnke has been a long term care insurance specialist for over 25 years. After graduating from the University of Iowa, she began her career working in a facility which provided care for residents suffering from Alzheimer’s Disease. Seeing the need to plan for care expenses, Linda quickly built a career as an insurance broker. During the early years in her practice, she volunteered as an Ombudsman for care facilities with the Area Agency on Aging.
From 2010 to 2013 Linda was the Vice President for LTC Sales with Capitas Financial. At Capitas, she worked with a variety of financial planning firms and professionals who sought her advice on planning options and claims assistance.
Linda founded Jahnke Consulting and Long Term Care Alliance. The mission of Jahnke Consulting is to educate families and the professional community on the importance of planning for long term care expenses. She will continue to advocate on behalf of her clients. Coordinating care is a value added service which provides oversight, assuring policy benefits will be fully utilized.
Recently, Linda was honored to be elected to serve as a board member for the Glenner Memory Care Centers. She has a certificate to provide patient services and is available for consultation.
